My Daily Diet

Breakfast: Day off, just my morning diet pepsi.

Lunch: Reward Meal, while out running errands with Amanda we had LaBou, yumm. Half roast beef sandwich, bbq chips and I ate 1/2 of the chocolate chip cookie. Will eat the other half tomorrow.

Dinner: Chicken salad, made with romaine lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, popcorn chicken and ranch dressing. As I mentioned in a previous post, I don't stress about the breading on the chicken.
