New Toys!!

I LOVE NEW TOYS!!!

We were spending Thanksgiving in Pixley at my sisters. As usual, we had the door buster sale papers, and trying to decide if there was anything that we needed, as Kyle would be at Walmart by midnight. I saw these. I showed them to Michael. He didn't say much so I let it go, then later he tells me, "you know if you want those we could stop by Home Depot tomorrow while we're in Bakersfield and see if they still have some." I responded with, "yeah, we could do that", but inside I was screaming like a little girl, who'd just gotten exactly what she wanted Santa to bring.

Though most wouldn't consider a washer and dryer toys, but I've been wanting, if I weren't a Christian woman I might even say coveting these since the first day I ever saw them on the market. So we're talking a while. Throughout my married life I have always just bought one appliance at a time. You know, as needed. We bought our first washer and dryer from a used appliance store when we bought our first home. They didn't match, when the dryer went out, I bought just a new dryer, then when the washer went out I bought a new washer. They never matched. This is the first time ever in 28 years I have had a matching set, and I am soooo excited, I can hardly stand it!
