I've made this recipe twice. The first time I decided to go low carb and left out the couscous, Hannah and I really liked it. The second time I made it I added the couscous, this was the first time Hannah or I had couscous, she didn't care for the texture of it and requested I don't fix it that way again, I liked it. But I probably won't make it that way, I need a few good low carb meals. So if you're looking for something new and exciting to do with chicken here it is.
